• It upscales High Definition 1080p blu-ray discs beautifully. It also upscales Standard Definition 480p DVD's, but in my experience, visual improvement depends upon the quality of the original SD DVD. Note: I also have an OPPO 205, and the Panasonic upscales SD DVD's as well as the OPPO.
