Please try again later.I would check the audio configuration, and your audio diagnostics on the pdp control hub. the audio configuration is where you can mess with the sound of the game, peoples audio, as well as turn on or off your own audio. The audio diagnostics is used for making sure your audio is working it has you run through the keys, your balance on sound (you might have it more focused on the game), and adjusting your mic (maybe its set too low). You also, might want to check your own devices mic settings you might have them turned off somewhere else on the device you are using for playing with the controller. The other option is to just plug in the headset to the actual device and not the controller, for instance if you are using a headset that has a usb it would not work for this controller.
