Yes it has a couple of leash so you can fit your tripod on the outside of the bag, at the bottom.

Not inside the bag, but the bottom has straps and you can attach it under the bag (that’s what I do).

The 3L bag can comfortable hold a ProMaster selfie-stick and flex tri-pod with the included carrying straps.

No, there are no straps on the bottom of the 3L sling for the tripod
