I know one of the features if the 7 color zones. depending on what is showing on the TV, the strip can show 7 different colors at once to match whats is on the screen. This light strip is more for people who have the Philip Hue sync box already.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Its a little pricey but i love it. You will not achieve the effect you get with the gradient opting for your work around and cutting corners
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You still need to use the overpriced HDMI Box for them to Sync so, no, absolutely not. I invoke the Diminishing Returns clause and think your plan is better
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pairing this with the Sync Box is an amazing experience especially if you're a gamer. You'll be blown away by how immersive the lighting is. I'm currently waiting to get a light strip, as they are always out of stock, but I'm using bulbs and play bars right now and I'm in love! Expensive yes, but worth every penny. Sadly you need the $229.99 sync box and the $59.99 bridge to get it to work though.
