Yes - light switch’s normal position is “ON” and light is controlled by WiFi. You can operate the light manually by turning the switch offf and then back on.

You can always us the switch manually. Sometimes you have to flip the switch more than once and I'm not sure why that is but it always works.

Yes, you can use the manual switch. You can also configure default behavior of the bulb when it loses power and then gets power again.

Yes, as long as you leave it “on” in the app you can power on and off with the normal light switch.
