• Same shave. The Qi is a wireless charger that uses a plug-in charging stand (that you need to plug in) No charging port on the Qi. Both razors use the same shaving head.

• The Prestige gives you a closer shave than the 9000 series. I had 2 of the older version and was impressed with the Prestge. I did not pay more for the wireless charging.
