- Answer Hi! Yes, you can always keep your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush on a plugged-in charger between brushing. This will not affect the battery lifespan of your toothbrush.

QuestionHow can one tell how low/high the battery level is? Older ones had an indicator - some of the models, I think, can be checked with the app ~ but this one doesn’t appear to have a way on the app? Or did I miss something?

- Answer Hello! When the DiamondClean Smart 9300 toothbrush is on the charger with no lights, it means it is fully charged and in sleep mode. If it's flashing green or white light it means it is charging and when it is solid green or white light, it is fully charged. When the toothbrush is not on the charger and it shows solid green or white light, it means it is fully charged. When it is flashing green or white light, it is partially charged. When it flashes amber light and 3 beeps, it is low battery. Finally, when it flashing amber light and 2 set or 5 beeps, it is battery empty.

- Answer No, it has an absolutely ancient Micro USB port on the charger. Which Phillips very intentionally tries not to mention, probably because they know how crappy and old of a plug they're using. This is literally my only gadget that I have to still keep a micro usb adapter for and its super annoying. But to answer your question, it comes with a USB-A to Micro USB charging cable. You can use adapters for usb c conversion, they work fine, but it's always going to have to terminate in a micro usb plug.

- Answer If you reach out to Phillips they will warranty/fix it. Had to have a toothbrush replaced for the same issue about the same timeframe of owning and the replacement is on year 3 of working great!

- Answer Hello! This Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart toothbrush is designed to operate within a range of 100 to 240 volts. You shouldn't have issues using it in the Philippines. You may need a plug adapter to account for different plug/socket types.
