    • Answer Pioneer is manufactured by TCL. Xumo is a competitor to Roku. Depends if you are talking about Roku TV's or Roku streaming devices. Roku TV's can integrate your local OTA channels in with your Roku Live Channels... Xumo TV's do not offer this. I hooked up a Roku streaming 401K device to my Xumo TV because Xumo TV's do not let the user download apps such as MGM+.
