“Will this interfere with with my 2011 Camry's instrument cluster? I had someone else install this and they messed up the installation, not connecting things the way that they were supposed to and so my instrument cluster stopped working.”

No. He will make it function with the controls for car came with. All of my steering wheel controls work with this. I believe your pay a little extra for them to do this but it's worth it.
