Q: Questionwill this unit play blu ray or only DVD

• A:Answer Apologize for not answering sooner. When I inserted a BluRay disc an error code is displayed on the screen, will not play a BluRay disc. When inserting a DVD disc a screen is displayed indicating it is against the law to view a video from the front seat. The disc menu appears but will not play the disc. Checked the instructions and could not find an answer, maybe you have to have a back seat display connected in order to play. It is an excellent receiver and recommend it highly as we do not need to watch a DVD. In our other car we have a Kenwood DDX9703S receiver and that plays a DVD when viewing from the front seat. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer Oh wow! That's different. Call the best buy on NW 63rd in OKC and ask for David. Greek squad tech. He is the only one that is recommended to install this because this particular one has a lot that needs to sync. I paid a bit extra for this to let me still use my steering wheel controls.

• A:Answer I bought mine in Oklahoma City and paid separate for the back up camera. The installation was free because I bought a member package for $200. Anything that I have installed for one year is free and if I need them at the house to install anything, like surround sound, it's only $50. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer The tech that installed it told me he can fit it to any vehicle. But I looked at my Nissan Sentra and couldn't see it fitting this. Call the best buy on 63rd? I believe, and ask for David, in the Greek Squad that installs stereos. He's the only one recommended to install this particular one because he's the pro at this unit. David is very impressive in his knowledge of this product. Ask him if this can be installed in your 2017 Honda Civic. He would be more than happy to help you. He cares about what he does. He did a superb install on mine. It looks like it came out of the factory with this.

• A:Answer I would suggest the best way to find out is to go to the store car audio department their system connects up to Pioneers website and the question can be asked and properly answered, if a kit is required it will come up as so,with my experience I came up with the same problem by going to a website of Best Buy or a website of pioneer and they were contradictory, when I went to the store all problems were solved, and after talking to the lead installer I found out that the radio would probably fit in my vehicle, I surely hope this helps
