“My son has an Audi A4 Quattro 2005 with a double Din 4 inch factory stereo. Will he need additional wiring harness and spacer kit to install this unit? 2. He also has Sirius XM now (free I guess) will he still maintain free Satelite Radio? Thanks”

He would need a mounting kit that will adapt the space to fit the single din unit. A wiring kit will be a must and save you from doing any splicing. You'll also need an antenna adapter. You may also want to consider a parking brake bypass to use certain features like uploading your own background image. It looks great in my 99 A4 and I got everything I needed for install through Crutchfield. Unit works and looks great!
