“Will the steering wheel volume/CD-DVD track change/radio station search and scan buttons control this receiver? I have a 2007 Toyota Tacoma that has radio control buttons on the steering wheel. This is a make or break condition for me to buy this.”

It should if you get that harness. Keep in mind that harness is more expensive than a standard one if they sell both. Personally ask a authorized salesperson to confirm.
