You need to check the diameter of your lens. It's usually printed on the front or side of your lens next to this Ø symbol and measured in millimeters. The filter and lens diameters must be the same regardless of filter or lens brand. For example my 58mm diameter filters can be used on both my Canon and Sigma lenses.
