Yep, I think that this unit can accommodate any plugs and any sockets you may encounter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, there are prongs that will fit in a US socket. There are 4 sets of prongs that deploy (one at a time) depending on where the user is located. One set is labeled USA/China that will work in the US and in China. I had a poor experience with this product using the UK prongs however the USA/China ones appear to be working fine on my unit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The prongs that appear to be American do fit American outlets. However, The converter outlet that fit American plugs is pretty useless. The unit I bought failed. When I used my phone plug transformer to plug into this, it overheated so much that it burned my hand. The instruction booklet has a small, light printed note that reads, "Converter should only be used for 10 minutes or less" with no explanation. This converter/Adapter is completely useless.
