The pro will just run everything at 720p instead of 1080 or 4k. I recommend grabbing a new tv.

If you don't plan on upgrading to a 1080 or 4k display, stick with getting the regular PS4 slim. The Pro will do nothing beneficial to offset the higher price point.

Yes you will but keep it mind the you might want to get a 4k tv before hand because you won't notice much if anything in terms of difference between consoles on that kind of tv.

Yes you will be fine; however, I recommend you look to upgrade your tv to at least a 1080p tv. To see the full detailing 4k is best, but 1080p still does fine. 720p still does work though and games should look better with pro support.

The PS4 Pro does support 720p resolution for all games and applications. The PS4 Pro will subsample higher resolutions down to 720p to make it look as good as possible for your TV. Just make sure to leave the resolution setting to AUTOMATIC or 720p to best support your TV.
