A:AnswerThe PS4 Pro will output whatever resolution your TV can handle. Also, watching a 4K video on youtube does not mean that it's displaying in 4k or even transmitted at the 4k resolution. It's just like the old days where, if you had a 1080p source but a 720p tv, the source OR the tv will downscale it.
