• Hello, There are a few versions of the Touch Smart 15 and HP does not specify the memory voltage type in their specifications for them.. Our best suggestion is to contact HP and obtain the specifications for your specific model prior to making any memory purchase. PNY Brand Champion

• Hello, While HP does state that this machine accepts LV (Low voltage) memory, they do not reveal what the speed is. Please double check your existing memory module. If it is 1600MHz LV memory then yes this product will work for you. PNY Brand Champion
