• Don’t know if it will work with your iMac, but it was the same size as the 4gb slot in my Dell.

• Yes, this fit my 21.5” iMac Late 2013 Model! I just switched my 8GB (2x 4GB) RAM earlier this week to 16GB (2x 8GB). You can do either. If you add the 8GB to the empty slot, you’ll get 12GB RAM. Or buy another 8GB RAM to have the full 16GB this model iMac allows.
