Yes and no It is compatible, but it will probably still run 1333 unless you remove your old card (assuming you have 2 slots for ram)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would have to say that it is upgradeable. DDR3 does come in a 16gb 8GB and a 4 gigabyte. Though since it is an all-in-one computer you may have to have a professional do it for you as the parts are very fragile. They also go in one way only. But be warned! if you try to put a ram card that is bigger than the maximum specification the computer will not function until the right one is put in
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is backward compatible with 1333, but be aware that this is laptop memory, an SODIMM with 204 pins. Make sure that's what your Toshiba all-in one uses. Desktop memory is a DIMM with 240 pins.
