This is an enhanced port of the Wii U game Pokkén Tournament

No, it's the same version from the WiiU.

It’s the newer one yes. It includes some better graphics and some new characters and changes. However, most of the game is the same as the original.

More like scaled for the switch. It's a port. Still hella fun though.
