• Hello. Yes - The 2270 receiver from Marantz will have no problem driving the Monitor XT20 speakers if the 2270 is running to specification.

• I'm running them with a 15 years old Denon DRA-397 and they sound great. Any receiver rated for 4 Ohm speakers should be able to drive them. They are quite sensitive so don't require lots of power to sound good.
