It gas a one year warranty. Take it back to Best Buy. Hopefully you have your receipt

Please try again later.Yea .. if you bought the extended warranty . take it back and get it exchanged if not .. you will have to contact plantronics .. this come with a 2 yr manufactures warranty .. but you will have to contact plantronics , best buy standard warranty is only like 30 days visit www.plantronics.com/warranty
