It works great with my iPhone 12 and my computer - no background noise or anything. Maybe try unpairing and repairing

The earpiece is definitely compatible with any cell phone that supports Bluetooth headsets for both android and iOS. To make sure the earpiece is detected by your phone, make sure the earpiece is in pairing mode. To do so: power on the earpiece, then press and hold the call button (black button behind the microphone boom) for 6-8 seconds until LED flashes red and blue repeatedly. If callers are getting audio issues, first reset the BT connection between both devices. To do so: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. Also please ensure the firmware version is up to date through Hub Software for desktop: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM. In case the issue persists, testing the earpiece with a different phone, android if possible is also ideal to determine the cause of the issue as it might be related to an issue with iOS. If you have other Bluetooth devices, you could also test them with your iPhone 12 and see if you experience the same issue.
