If your iPod can transmit by bluetooth, yes. If your iPod cannot transmit by bluetooth, you can connect it to the speaker with a 3.5 mm patchcord. Ask Best Buy if they have a 3.5 mm patchcord you can use. You would connect your iPod just like your wired earphones. The speaker would be in place of the earphones.
