I realized that if this speaker is paired with another device, it will not accept any other connection. For example, I need to disconnect it from my iPad so I can use it / connect it to the notebook. Hope this helps you..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you have turned on both your phone's Bluetooth and turn on the speaker, go into your settings to Bluetooth and click on search or scan. It should pop up a name that I believe ends in 16. Click on that and click pair. It should pair. If it asks for a code the generic code is usually 0000, or 1234, 12345, or 00000.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am sure your phone has bluetooth, you should be able to connect it! Go to your settings, turn on your bluetooth on your phone and make it available, go to your speaker, turn it on and press on the bluetooth symbol. It should work.
