• Yes, the controller comes with 3 different settings for sensitivity to the triggers, regular, half, and hairpin.

• The trigger locks on the controller let you adjust for three levels of clicking distance. I believe compatibility varries by game. Some games don't allow or recognize trigger locks in general.
