“I heard when you are using a wired headset the microphone cuts in and out. Is this true?”

• I believe the first batch required an easy firmware update for the mic which can be found on their website. But that was months ago.

• I haven't personally experienced this, however, the mic is definitely quieter than with a normal controller so you will have to speak up or move the mic closer.
