• Yes, the Presto® Professional SaladShooter® will work properly in Colombia, it is designed to be used with 120V 60HZ AC electricity. The SaladShooter® comes with 4 cones and a funnel. It can be purcahsed through Amazon.com to ship to Colombia. • In the US, where I live, we use 110 volt electricity and the Presto works here. It comes with 4 cones.I do not know about it being shipped or working in Colombia.
