“isn't pumping water. pump seems to be running (can hear what must be pump running) after a few minutes red light on front of dispenser comes on (indicating problem). When hose removed from bottle finger used to cover end of hose. no suction noted. Sugg”

My pump broke also! Nothing you can do but replace the whole cooler
