“I bought a new HP surface laptop and a new Epson Workhorse Sw -110 . I was able to connect my printer to wifi and computer, but cannot connect the printer to the Laptop. I also need help making my wifi secure. It shows on my iphone it is not secure.”

We also bought a HP labtop and Epson printer. Cannot connect to WiFi and incompatible with windows 11. I was just told this by geek squad! That is why I could never print anything from HP labtop! Purchase was in Jan 2020 and just now found this out! Not happy!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually you can set up a password on your router for the SSID (wifi name). Go to the setup portion of your router on your laptop, accessing setup by using the gateway numbers on your computer browser where you typically type URL's. (Example: type 168.192.1.1). Also you should have a dropdown menu suggesting an encryption protocol, Might want to talk to a tech, Google search or router hotline to decide which one to use. But any are better than nothing.
