Hi there. Thank you for your question. There are several printer cleaning tools in the settings on the printer itself. There are steps like "Clean the Printhead", "Align the Printhead", "Clean the Nozzles", etc. I'd recommend trying these first. If these don't work, maybe buy a new black cartridge because yours may be dried up. If you're still running into issues or have other questions, please let us know!
