• Hi there. Thanks for reaching out about this! I'm sorry the printer is running into issues. To start, I'd recommend running all of the maintenance tasks such as "clean the printhead", "align the printhead" and "clean the nozzles." These should be built right into the printer and can be found in the settings. This may fix the issue right there. If it doesn't, you can contact your local Best Buy and see if you can bring the unit in to be looked over. You can find information about your local store at www.bestbuy.com/storelocator.
