• Hi shrbid: You can call the customer service number and explain your situation, I am sure you can go to the store as well, but this might be easier. Here is the number I have used: 1 (800) 433-5778

• I think I called the store or I spoke with the Tier 1 Geek Squad person, and he set it up for me, but I was not happy with waiting two weeks.
