Niquie The step-up height for this machine is approximately 12.25” and the stride length is 17.5-18.7.” When the stepper is at its highest, it is more like 19-20” from the floor but the knee should then be bent at that height. If you were to stand completely upright at the highest setting on the foothold (improper form), your 77” plus the equipment’s 20” would put you at 97” and you would bump your head on the ceiling. This would have to be done intentionally, though, as it would be difficult to put all your weight on this.
