• Yes. I’ve done that. If I see it on sale I’ll buy “more” and add it before I lose it or forget it.

• I don't believe so. You will have to contact quicken @ 650-250-1900 or www.quicken.com/support. They put out a new version every year and send you nasty grams when your time is running out. I would not do this as the changes are minimal at best.
