Alternatively, if you use One Step Update, you can download quotes as part of the update process. To include or exclude a security from the update (Optional): Choose Tools menu > One Step Update. Enter your password and then immediately click Settings. In the One Step Update Settings window, click the (select quotes) link. In the Security List, select or clear the Download Quotes check box for the security, as necessary. Notes: Quicken will not download prices for securities that don't have the correct ticker symbols assigned to them. Quicken does not update prices for money market securities (or any security whose ticker symbol ends with XX), so don't select money market securities for updating when setting up your online quotes. Unlike stock prices, mutual fund and exchange traded option prices are set once a day and updated each evening after the market closes. Until then, mutual fund and exchange traded options are quoted at the closing price for the previous day. Quicken will download prices for multiple securities with the same ticker symbol, even if you've selected only one security for update. If you want to update only one security, edit the other securities to remove their ticker symbols.

Please try again later.I was informed by support today "According to our Product Team we are no longer getting Mutual Fund Data, this is why you haven't seen it populated on your feed..." Hardly a full service investment tracking program without being able to download mutual fund prices. My conclusion Quicken spun off>price of product goes up>quality of product goes down. Look for an alternative.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Choosing to do a download of stock, ETF or mutual fund prices on a weekly basis is certainly an option. With the ongoing software account, you can do the download as frequently as you would like. During the day, you can get ongoing stock quotes. The price which is ultimately stored for use in tables and plots is the daily closing price.
