Q: QuestionCan you download this to more than one device? I am a bookkeep for a small business and I would be doing the data entry but they would also need to be able to have it on the computer for quarterly, monthly and yearly reports.

- A:Answer I believe you must purchase a license for each machine you want to use it on. If you have both a desktop and a notebook you may be able to load it on both, as long as you only use it on one machine at a time. In your situation you will need to be VERY CAREFUL to keep customer files in sync on both your copy and the customer copy. If the enter transactions while you are also making changes, you may create a real mess. This in not multi user network software.
