That resolution is 4k, not QHD(16:9, 2560 x 1440) or QHD+(16:10, 2560 x 1600). The laptop has a display of 2560 x 1600, which is QHD+ based on the specifications given. The display is not 4k but it's still amazing from a normal viewing distance. Max screen brightness is 1000 nits*, listed in the specifications.
