Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately Amazon won’t give you a refund, which is why I started purchasing razer cards at Best Buy, if it doesn’t work they’ll give you a credit or another razer gift card. Hope this helps!

Please try again later.The card should have been activated by the company or person you bought the card from they were supposed to activate the card when it was paid for and when your friend entered the card number and the pin it should have went through you will have to contact Amazon or whoever you ordered it from I hope you still have your receipt good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I send them to my family overseas and have never had that problem. Not sure why but get a hold of Amazon and explain to them. All the information is sent with the card. Email to yourself and forward it, it shows all the information to use card too.
