• The main difference so far that I can tell is that the lite can be used on pc,Mac, and gaming consoles. The regular kraken can only be used on pc, and mac. Both are pretty much the same overall.

• On the lite there is no volume wheel and no mute button so you’re better off getting the kraken if you want these features
