Yes, they work with mechanical key switches and the optical switches. They provide stabilizers for every key if needed. I have the Corsair K70 rapid fire speed switches. The white caps provide an amazing image and it has helped tremendously to be able to see the letters or numbers better. You can also look at HuperX white pudding key caps. They are cheaper, and like Razer’s keycaps that have the double shot PBT keys. Pudding is simply the bottom of the key set is translucent to really enjoy the RGB keyboards. Hope this helps.
