A:AnswerThe RQ11 that you mention are not factory blades. Those so called retail blades are replicas not original Philips Norelco factory blades. The box may say RQ11 but they are not the same.
A:AnswerAs a Norelco owner for years, I can tell you that the Series number is usually just above the on/off switch. It is also
on the back of the razor as something like S9320. So this would be a 9000 Series with 320 sub model. A head replacement
for Series 9000 will fit all sub models of that series. If the Series number has worn off, I would take the razor to Best Buy
and look at the products on the shelf. Also could go to Norelco web site where they have a review of all models available.
