No. It does not change colors. But you can set it dust to dawn or any other schedule. And you can adjust the brightness and dimness.

No, you can’t change the colors, but you can change the brightness of the bulb.

Does it say anywhere it changes color? The answer is No. It's just a plain warm white. Color is in the works but, at a premium cost like phillips bulbs. It will possibly be in the $40-50 per bulb or more. Doesn't matter the price, most non smart or a person with money to spare will pay for it. There are other brands just as good color changing bulbs for less $$$.
