I believe GE and Leviton smart lighting Z Wave devices work with Ring. I believe you may need Ring Smart Lighting Bridge or Ring Alarm Base Station to connect these to Z Wave network.

If you have an IQ Panel, you have to first remove the devices from Brinks IQ Panel. I assume you need installer PIN (Different from Master PIN) to be able to do this. Once you remove the devices from Brinks panel, you will be able to connect them to Ring Z Wave network.

Not sure but Ring supports IFTTT (if this then that) which allows you to integrate across different smart products.
