You do add them on the app, you can add so the only have access to the alarm, or have access, like you do, to the system itself, settings, etc. not sure the limit, but I have 15 guest users so far, 5 more shared Users (they have access to the cameras as well) not sure if there is a limit. This is used at our office. I don't see a way to give then access during specific times, but it does log on the app who used it when, so if they used it at the wrong time, you can give them a nastygram. You can also remove them from the app.
