“Warranty listed as 1 year. Is it extended when monitoring plan is purchased? (2) Where are call centers located? And after motion is detected, how long does it take to get an alert to my phone? How long does it take to get to call center?”

Alerts have been almost immediate to our phones. Wish the ring doorbell was that fast.
