“How long will the battery last before it has to be replaced?”

• We have owned the Ring 2 for a year. We live in an extremely cold environment (single digits-below zero) and I recharge the battery about once a month. The battery is still going strong.

• It really depends on how often the motion detector is set off. We have one on our front door that rarely gets set off and the battery lasts almost six months. We have another in our backyard which goes gets triggered often because we let our dogs out there and we have to recharge it monthly.

• The batteries last a long time 3 to 4 weeks at least, but they take about 24 hours to fully charge. Peace of mind to just swap when needed
