Ring's Video Doorbell Pro 2 is compatible with b/g/n/ac wifi networks operating on 2.4 GHz or 5.0GHz frequencies.

I believe they have a model that allows that (check their web page) but that would be model dependent. Mine is the Pro 2 and it is wifi only.
If you need the wifi then you need to buy a wifi extender and have it closer to your doorbell.

Unfortunately, this is a wired doorbell in terms of power only. For connectivity, it is only Wi-Fi. I am not aware of any type of adapter existing that would give you the ability to power the Video Doorbell Pro 2 under Power Over Ethernet (PoE).
