“Can I get the ring door bell pro to connect to my internet with a wired or lan connection? I am constantly having issues with the WiFi connection to the door bell, no issues with WiFi to floor light cameras or other WiFi devices”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe they have a model that allows that (check their web page) but that would be model dependent. Mine is the Pro 2 and it is wifi only. If you need the wifi then you need to buy a wifi extender and have it closer to your doorbell.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, this is a wired doorbell in terms of power only. For connectivity, it is only Wi-Fi. I am not aware of any type of adapter existing that would give you the ability to power the Video Doorbell Pro 2 under Power Over Ethernet (PoE).
