Hello Yes. The Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 requires a compatible doorbell, Ring Plug-In Adapter or transformer (not included): 16-24 VAC, 40VA max, 50/60Hz. No halogen or garden-lighting transformers. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does and if you don't want that existing chime to work you need to open your existing chime and disconnect the cables from that. There are two cables that are inside your existing chime connected to Trans & Front which you need to disconnect them.
