Where do I find the digital code for my Sony WF 1000 XM5

Try checking your email, it should be there.

I just bought Sony earbuds, and they’re asking me for a 16 digit code. Which apparently I have to get on the website?

The digital code is emailed to you after the purchase via email that is on file with Best Buy. Remember to get all your cards at once since their is a security feature that slows down the process of delivering a second code in the 24 hours.

You will get an email saying the "Your E-Gift Card Order". Click the link to view e-gift card. Once that opens - Click redeem and you will see the code there.
